Greetings new here just wanted to say hello. Just getting all my equipment together gonna be doing a 22x12x12 8 gallon nano reef. Modified a aquaclear 30 hob to be a refugium with love rock rubble and chaeto. Lighting i have a 165 watt led dimmable so i dont burn the crap out of the coral. Lol. Once i get it all up and running will shoot some pics. Taking it nice and slow making sure i have all the pieces of the puzzle before i start putting it together.

Nice, welcome hutch. Sounds like a nice set up. look forward to some pics. How long have you been in the hobby?

Did a mixed reef fish set up for 7 years or so.65 gallon tall tank with a t5 light and a wet dry filter. Stoped for the last 4 years after we moved just getting back into the hobby.

Great good luck, I ran a mix reef for years. This time I am adding some bells and whistles. going to culture 2 types of phyto and some pods, this time and run a 90G maybe 2 of them ultimately.
I will be running leds instead of t5
